Return & exchange

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can return it or exchange it for another within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Note!If you made a purchase directly on the brand's website https://www.wellkidsstudio.com, by phone numbers on the website or through our Instagram/Facebook page, then in order to exchange / return the product, you need to send it by mail to our warehouse.

If you made a purchase in one of the city stores where we are represented, then for a return you need to contact the same address where you made the purchase (to the store).

If you made a purchase on the website or through Facebook/Instagram pages:
